What we collect. If you submit a mix via our submission form, we collect your artist/DJ name, email address, and the audio file itself. That's it — we don't require an account and don't collect personal information anywhere else on the site.

Why we collect it. To review your submission, contact you if it gets played, and (with your confirmation) upload it into our broadcast rotation.

Cookies. Ordinary visitors browsing GNR are not tracked with cookies. A cookie is only set if you log into an admin area (gigs management or mix submissions), purely to keep you logged in.

Analytics. We log basic page visit data (which page, when, and the referring site) to understand how people find GNR. This is not tied to your identity, IP address, or any cookie — it's just a page/time/referrer record.

Who else sees your data. We use Resend to send confirmation emails, and if your mix is approved, it's uploaded to our AzuraCast streaming platform. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it. Submissions are kept until we've reviewed them; you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
