By submitting a mix or recording to Geelong Nightlife Radio, you confirm:

• You own the rights to the recording, or have permission from everyone who does (including any samples, features, or co-producers).
• You're giving GNR permission to include it in our broadcast rotation — played as part of our continuous live stream, the same way a traditional radio station plays music. We don't make individual tracks available for on-demand playback or download.
• You can ask us to remove your submission from rotation at any time — email joe@jjjk.com.au.
• We review every submission before it goes to air — sending one doesn't guarantee it gets played.

We're broadcast-only by design, with no on-demand replay of individual recordings — that's the basis on which we operate without an APRA AMCOS licence.
